Your Non-Profit Web Site

This is a sample web site. If you are a not-for-profit or membership association, you can have one like it for a very reasonable price. You can add your own logo, and chose any colour scheme or set of buttons you want. This offer is available for a limited time and is subject to change.

Your web site can have an online membership application form (with email notification of your organization) and an online guestbook / notice board.

With your own domain name you can have up to five email addresses: name@yourdomain.org plus unlimited aliases.

Note: Only the 'Home', 'Organization', 'Links', and 'Buttons' buttons are active on this sample site.  Click 'Buttons' to select your button size. Click 'Links' for a sample of links to non-profit organizations.

Your costs during the first year are:  
Setting up website hosting (one time only expense): $ 50.00
Annual cost of a domain name: $45.00 US $ 45.00
Annual hosting service charge @ $20.00/month: $ 240.00
(any decrease in rates will be passed along to client)  
Designing and constructing the web site: $ 1000.00
Total Cost for first year

$1335.00

On-going Annual costs: 
Renew domain name: $45.00 U.S. $45.00
Annual hosting service charge @20.00/month: $240.00
Total Annual Ongoing Cost $285.00

1. All prices in Canadian dollars unless indicated.
2. Service charges and domain registration fees are subject to change.
3. Add $C 10.00 for .ca domain name.
4. GST + PST taxes if applicable.
5. Prices in U.S. dollars are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase.

This offer assumes you supply a reasonable amount of information (in MSN Word format with the number of pages to be negotiated) that your organization wants on the web site. We'll do your meta tags, submit your site to search engines, and provide a hit-counter at no extra charge.

Once your web site is established, I am open to further discussions for the on-going maintenance and entry of up-to-date information.
